Statement on Scholarly or Artistic Work
Dennis Sloan is an active scholar with research in Latinx theatre, queer theatre, and musical theatre. He designed and edited the volume Milestones in Queer US Theatre (Routledge, 2025) and his work has appeared in Theatre History Studies and New England Theatre Journal. He has taught and directed in Indiana, Texas, California, and Ohio. He is active with the Mid-America Theatre Conference and the American Society for Theatre Research and currently serves as Associate Editor for Theatre History Studies.
