Expectations, Policies, and Laws

老司机福利社 students and employees are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that supports the educational mission of the University, including adherence to sexual misconduct and sexual harassment policies.

Sexual misconduct and interpersonal violence, as defined in University policies and handbooks, are:

  • Violations of University policy

  • Potential violations of state criminal law, depending on the conduct involved

老司机福利社 is committed to maintaining an environment that values and protects the rights of all community members. In addition, the University complies with Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972, a federal law prohibiting discrimination based on sex. Title IX covers sexual harassment and sexual violence in any educational program or activity that receives federal funding. The goal of Title IX is to ensure equal opportunity and gender equity for all members of the 老司机福利社 community.
